Refund Policy

All payments for Nodalist AI are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your subscription purchase, provided you have not consumed a significant portion of your credits. This is a one-time benefit per account.
If a refund is approved:
- Your subscription is canceled immediately
- Your account is downgraded to the Free tier
- Any separately purchased top-up credits are preserved
2. Credit Top-Ups
Top-up credit purchases are refundable within 14 days, provided the credits have not been used. Partially used top-ups may be eligible for a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and a brief reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days on your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Credits that have already been consumed
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us
5. Service Issues
If a technical issue on our end prevents you from using the service, contact us and we will either restore affected credits or provide a pro-rata refund for the disrupted period.
